Off they all go to school!

I thought it was about time I put a few new photos on the blog, so here are a couple showing the children on their first day back to school in the new term. The boys are now both in the Juniors and the girls have started at morning nursery at the school. The school run is quite a challenge as I'm sure you can imagine!

Check-out how they've all grown....

Well, as you can see I haven't had much time to update the Blog for a little while, so I thought you would appreciate seeing how the children have all grown. This is the lastest photo, taken just a few weeks back....

Could we be any more sweaty?!!!

Daniel had his 6th Birthday party at Funtastic and as you can see from this photo of Daniel and Sam, they had lots of fun and got very warm running around the place in true 6 year old style!!

And here is Daniel blowing out his candles at his Birthday tea at home....

Those fingers look "saw"!!

Please don't look at this entry if you're eating your tea! I decided it would be good to quickly finish a job repairing my garden fence at lunch time and it's amazing just how much damage a new, sharp, hand saw can make in just a few seconds lapse in concentration - very "saw" I can tell you!!!

A Very Quick Update with Up to Date Photos

So, you will have noticed that I haven't had much time to update the Blog recently - life has been very hectic in our house for some reason! I thought I would upload a photo of each of the children, just so you can see how big they are all getting.
We spent the afternoon today in the garden and I captured these photos, so they are very "hot off the press". The girls will be 2 on Thursday, so look out for some new photos after their Birthday party! In the midst of the craziness of life in our house, and the sleepless nights, we still give thanks to God for His protection and care of us all. As it's Sunday today, here's a good verse to think about.... Psalm 55:22 - Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. Thus endeth the sermon, now check out these gorgeous photos....

Peepo, bikes & a bath time!

"PEEPO"!! - I just wish you could hear the girls saying this as they peep over the kitchen table!

Both of the girls are now climbing, and this photo was taken just before they got on to the top of the table!

A real milestone was reached during February half term! Both the boys learned to ride their bikes without stabilisers!

Next lesson is wheelies!

I just can't describe how wet the bathroom gets at bath time at the moment. Phoebe is the main ring-leader in any water fight, as you can see here!

A fab Christmas!

We are never short of a helping hand when decorating the Christmas tree!

The boys hung their stockings up and left Santa a good range of nutricious delights!

And we've been very safe since Christmas day, with these two strapping super heros to protect us all!

Phoebe was a real help in passing the presents out, and Lydia just enjoyed the wrapping paper!

Two guesses what I had for Christmas?

Nanny and Grandad came in very handy for feeding the girls their Christmas lunch, while Mum & Dad analysed the Queen's speech!

Just to prove that Phoebe & Lydia had some real toys for Christmas as well as their wooly hats!

A shoulder ride, an Abba night and 2 wise men!

Here is Lydia enjoying a birds-eye view of the kitchen!

And this is Phoebe at the very start of her climbing phase - it's all a bit scary!

Just before Christmas we held our SFG social in the form of an Abba night. I haven't got a clue who these people are...

And if you thought they were cute, check out these 2 wise men....

Sam is now 7!

Sam had his Birthday party in Ants in ya Pants again this year. Here he is proudly showing off his Dr Who cake...The boys were both amazing in their school Christmas productions this year. See if you can spot Daniel in this first one. A huge thanks to Grandad for the loan of the hat!

And here is Wise Man 3 doing his bit...

Horses, bikes, doctors & feeding time at the zoo!

During the school half-term we visited Cantref farm, near Brecon. The boys had a great time....

After all the time spent in various hospital wards, it is interesting to see Lydia's favourite choice of toy! I recon Lydia will become a doctor and Phoebe will work in a shoe-shop!

With so many hungry mouths to feed, we came up with this innovative solution. The boys love feeding their sisters, and they have become really good at it! Mum and Dad are just off the picture putting their feet-up with a cup of tea! (we wish!!!)

Should I leave Daniel in the Monkey Enclosure?

OK, so on a visit to Bristol zoo it was very tempting to leave Daniel with the monkeys, but Sam managed to persuade us to bring him home again. Here are a couple of photos from our visit. I took the one of the lion, as this is the first time I have seen them come close to the front of their enclosure. I normally have to strain to see them asleep right at the back!

A visit to Center Parcs

We have just returned from a great weekend away in Center Parcs...

Here are the boys enjoying a bit of "chilling out" time!

And a great smile from Lydia!

And this is Phoebe enjoying a cuddle with Graham.

Here are my three girls all shouting at me at the same time!
