Should I leave Daniel in the Monkey Enclosure?

OK, so on a visit to Bristol zoo it was very tempting to leave Daniel with the monkeys, but Sam managed to persuade us to bring him home again. Here are a couple of photos from our visit. I took the one of the lion, as this is the first time I have seen them come close to the front of their enclosure. I normally have to strain to see them asleep right at the back!

Check out Lydia's hair!

Lydia might not be growing quite as fast as Phoebe, but her hair growth is certainly making up for it!!!!

Sam has some new front teeth!

I was conscious that if you've been following the blog you will have seen Sam lose various teeth over the past year, so I thought it appropriate to show you his new front teeth!

And here are a few photo's of the girls. Please excuse Phoebe's runny nose!

And here is Lydia showing off her skills with her car!

FANTASTIC News regarding Lydia

We have been continuing to take Lydia for various hospital check-up's and so far we have had really encouraging news that her heart repair is doing well, her eyes are developing normally, here hearing is doing OK, and today was the next check-up with the neo-natal team to see how she is developing. The great news is that they were pleased with her progress and have now fully dishcharged her!! This is a major step and we are so grateful for all your ongoing prayers and support. Thank You all!

She has a further heart-check-up in November, and will need ongoing heart checks for life, but apart from that she is pretty much fully discharged from the hospital!

As you may have gathered from all the latest photos, Phoebe is also doing really well and this week has started walking "properly". She is already climbing the stairs and both girls are "in to everything" as you can imagine!

I'll try and post more photo's soon, and maybe even a video!
